Si accede dall’esterno ad un soggiorno con ampia vetrata con vista mare. La villa si sviluppa su due livelli. Al piano terra una cucina-soggiorno dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, 2 camere matrimoniali (climatizzate) di cui una con affaccio sulla veranda e vista sul golfo, bagno con doccia. Al piano primo troverete una camera matrimoniale ( non climatizzata) e un bagno. Esternamente all’interno del patio potrete disporre di un ulteriore bagno completo di doccia ideale per il ritorno dalla spiaggia, un barbecue per arrostire all’aperto, e una veranda lato mare attrezzata di tavolo e sedie. Villa Tulipano è la location ideale per chi desidera visitare numerose mete turistiche e godere anche del relax del luogo dove sorge l’abitazione.

We offer for your relaxing holidays a brand new detached villa immersed in the charming village of Scopello. Villa Tulipano is only a few km from the wonderful beaches of Scopello.
You enter from the outside into a living room with a large window with sea view. The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room equipped with all electrical appliances, 2 double bedrooms (air-conditioned), one of which overlooks the veranda and a view of the gulf, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom (not air-conditioned) and a bathroom. Outside on the patio there is a further bathroom complete with shower ideal for returning from the beach, a barbecue for roasting outdoors, and a veranda on the sea side equipped with table and chairs. Villa Tulipano is the ideal location for those wishing to visit numerous tourist destinations and also enjoy the relaxation of the place where the house stands.
